Staff - 10/10. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel - 10/10. Great location, easy walking distance to the main square. This is a truly lovely hotel. Easily one of the best we’ve stayed in. Would definitely recommend."

"Our room was VERY clean! The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent! I do want to give a VERY special thanks to our front desk friend Ilayda. I lost my passport and wallet and she was so kind and VERY helpful in listening and guiding me on what I can do. Also recommended a wonderful coffee shop down the street! She was absolutely fantastic and an asset to the hotel!"
